85% of everything Dan Phillips used to build his home came from materials that were headed to the landfill!
The old saying really is true. “One mans garbage is another mans treasure.”
Dan also employs and teaches skills to minimum wage earners that also have the dream of owning their own home. When the skill training is complete, he sets them free in order to get a better paying job. They will then qualify for this due to Dans training efforts. Really something to be proud of.
